Dear participant,
You are invited to take part in a collaborative and reflective session within the Co-construction Space, where we will explore how attention, energy, and learning shape our individual and collective understanding.
Together, we will examine fundamental questions such as: • What is attention? • Can I pay attention if I am stressed? • Why does energy follow attention, and how does it shape our nervous system and capacity to learn? • What does it mean to know, and how can knowledge be shared?
This inquiry invites you to reflect, question, and contribute your own perspective. You may also explore the idea of sovereignty, understood as the capacity to choose where to place attention — a concept that connects directly with learning and agency.
Through your participation, we will collectively map connections between sensory experience, neural activity, and shared meaning. Using collaborative tools, each contribution — whether a question, insight, or reflection — will help build a shared understanding of the processes that underlie attention, knowledge, and co-creation.
You are warmly encouraged to: • Add your own ideas as new bubbles • Make meaningful links between concepts • Ask new questions • Share personal insights or experiences
Let us create together a living map of understanding — where attention sparks connection, and knowledge emerges through exchange.
INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE Exploring the Nature of Attention, Learning, and Knowledge Sharing in the Co-construction Space
Programme Summary: A Collaborative Session on Knowledge Sharing
This session is designed as a structured journey through collaborative and reflective practices, supported by digital tools. Participants will engage in a progressive sequence of activities fostering individual expression, shared understanding, and interaction with artificial intelligence.
We begin with an Opening Circle, where participants gather to initiate the space and establish a shared presence. This is followed by a silent Co-construction activity, during which participants use the WebIDEApro platform to create bubbles (ideas) and links between them, encouraging deep thinking and personal contribution without interruption.
The next step invites participants to Share aloud their bubbles using the laser tool, making visible their contributions and fostering collective awareness. This phase transitions into Talking with AI chats such as ChatGPT and Gemini, where participants interact with AI to refine their ideas or explore new perspectives, emphasizing the integration of human and artificial cognition.
The session culminates in a Closing Circle, a space for participants to share their learnings, impressions, and emotional responses, strengthening the sense of closure and mutual recognition.
Tools such as WebIDEApro and Zoom are essential components of this session, providing both the technical infrastructure and interactive environment.
Together, these elements support a reflective, participatory, and technology-enhanced learning experience.
Exploring the Nature of Attention, Learning, and Knowledge Sharing in the Co-construction Space
An Invitation to Co-Construction
You are invited to join us in a reflective journey exploring the interconnected realms of sovereignty, attention, learning, and knowledge.
What choices guide your attention? Consider how your sovereignty—your ability to make choices—shapes where you direct your focus. How do you decide what deserves your attention in a world of constant stimulation? And when stress enters the equation, how does it affect this capacity?
How does attention transform into learning? Reflect on the fascinating pathway where attention guides energy, energy shapes neural connections, and new patterns of thought emerge. Have you noticed this process in your own learning experiences?
What knowledge emerges, and how might we share it? As we form new neural connections, learning transforms into knowledge. What forms of knowledge matter most to you, and how can we create spaces where knowledge flows freely between us?
Together, we can explore these questions in our co-construction space—where your unique perspective becomes an essential thread in our collective understanding.
What insights would you like to contribute to this conversation?
