Theme: From Living Systems to Visual Collaboration: Unlocking New Collective Possibilities

Dear colleagues, facilitators, knowledge practitioners, and transformation leaders,

You are warmly invited to participate in our next Knowledge‑LAB, an immersive co‑construction session designed to explore how living systems thinking, cognitive activation, and visual collaboration tools can help us co-create new futures — together.

🧩 Context & Framing

Drawing on the concept of autopoiesis — the capacity of a system to self‑organize and regenerate — we will investigate how teams and organizations can learn, adapt, and realign themselves in periods of high uncertainty or entropy.

We’ll ask: • What triggers renewal in a system that seems exhausted? • How does attention become a lever of transformation? • How can we respond creatively to context change rather than reactively?

We will follow a thread that links: • Energy of attention • Neural activation and learning • Visual knowledge mapping • Collective agency and the noosphere
